  they have great products but a horrible staff... I buy they products every month and i call about their shampoo the were really rude and disrespectful too me because a was asking question.
  
  that is insane the hang out on me and when i call the second time was worse. i even here the lady saying to a other person: "i will kill her she is so stupid" .
  
  Really their product don't deserve that staff!!!!
