  We are new to the area and were able to drop in for a few classes. The coaches are great -- knowledgeable and friendly. The space is impeccably clean and well cared for. There is definitely not a shortage of equipment--plenty of barbells, bikes, rowers, you name it. No weightlifting platforms, but plenty of space to lift on the mats. The programming seems (from our very few visits, so take it with a grain of salt) relatively simple--one metcon for the day with no strength or technique work before or after. Easy to get in and out for a quick workout. Overall, good facility.
